UM2 Positive Outputs MIDI Driver
The UM2 is a MIDI interface with 64 or 128 relay driver outputs (activates outputs according to MIDI messages received). As opposed to the UM1, its outputs drive a positive voltage.
It can be used to upgrade organs, to control lights or other devices from a computer, or to create novel MIDI controlled instruments!
- 128 input/outputs (or two groups of 64 which can have different channels)
- Positive outputs drive up to 0.350A, 25volts
- Outputs are short protected and have built-in catch diodes
- 1 pulsing output for solenoid driven "vibrato"
- Rotary switch to select MIDI channel
- Fast MIDI interface allows up to 16 UM2 modules in series
- Windows 95/98 software for setup and diagnostics
- Compatible with standard MIDI keyboards and sequencer software
